Shining in summer light, London’s iconic skyline framed a moment of quiet luxury, as Bentley guests explored a city where every stone tells a story and every detail speaks of design.

Looking across three Royal Parks, as well as the grounds of nearby Buckingham Palace and Wellington Arch, The Peninsula London sits among the architecture of London as a modern interpretation of the art of design.

Inspired by the Palazzo Farnese in Rome, the ‘four square’ hotel is simply organized in four wings, arranged around a central courtyard with Japanese maple trees. The restaurant – with views over Hyde Park – and the double-height ballroom sit behind façades that are composed of Basebed Portland Stone, historically used on London’s monuments and major civic buildings.

As Bentley guests gathered at The Peninsula London, they found themselves immersed in a celebration of design, where architecture, automotive artistry and experience converged. The hotel’s elegant symmetry and refined materials echoed the same principles found in the Bentayga Speed: precision, purpose and timeless craftsmanship. Just as The Peninsula’s Portland Stone façade pays homage to London’s civic heritage, the Bentayga Speed embodies Bentley’s legacy of hand-built luxury, reimagined for modern performance. Guests explored London on a sensory journey through the city’s historic streets – a seamless blend of power and poise, much like the hotel’s own architectural dialogue with its surroundings.

Bentley’s quintessential balance of craftsmanship and performance could be seen in the Continental GTC Azure (Qatar Edition), elevating the striking surroundings with its sculptural presence and refined detailing.

Both models were later showcased at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, where their sleek silhouettes mirrored the grace of the Global Champions Arabian Tour event. Set against the historic architecture of Sir Christopher Wren, the event became a masterclass of form and function, where automotive design met equestrian artistry. VIP guests were chauffeured in a fleet of five Bentleys, each journey reinforcing the brand’s commitment to effortless luxury and immersive experience. In a city defined by its design legacy, Bentley’s own commitment to heritage and innovation shone through.
