THE ENVIRONMENT FOR PERFECTION

The temperature of Bentley’s paint shop is carefully regulated between 69.8 and 77°F, and the humidity is kept between 64% and 67%. These conditions ensure the satin paint is applied perfectly. Even the airflow is painstakingly designed and monitored – air enters through the ceiling and exits through the ground to maintain the cleanest possible environment.

Those who work in the paint area wear specialized suits to prevent contamination, using an air hose to remove dust particles from themselves before entering. Even the smallest particle can ruin an entire panel of satin paint, which would result in a complete restart of the finish.
